At NOMI Jewelry, we want you to adore your new pieces, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original NOMI gift box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
