We use premium materials including 14k and 18k gold plating over sterling silver (vermeil) and high-grade stainless steel. All our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free to ensure comfort for sensitive skin.

How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?

To maintain your jewelry's shine, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in the provided NOMI pouch when not in use and gently wipe them with a soft microfiber cloth after wearing.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Does NOMI Jewelry offer a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on all jewelry items covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
